Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable deposits are REQUIRED for each appointment (anything less than 48hrs, deposit will be non-transferable to future appointment)
-24-48hr notice to reschedule/cancel, may result to 50% charge of service automatically
-Same day cancelation or no call/no show will be required to pay 100% of service cost
Clients are given a 15min window to show up to their appointment; failure to do so, will be asked to reschedule and pay 50% of service cost
